Support Workers

We are currently recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team in a warm and welcoming supported living home for adults with learning disabilities. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help individuals live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs
• Support with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, and household tasks
• Encourage and promote independence, choice, and dignity
• Support residents to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in leisure or educational activities
• Maintain accurate records and work closely with families and other professionals

About You:

• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to support others
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in care is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided
• Must be flexible to work a range of shifts including weekends and evenings
• A valid Driving Licence is a bonus (but not essential)
